Running through the weekend.

You know, I don't know why I bother to title these things...I end up writing about all kinds of stuff every time I post.
Ok, change of plans again for the weekend. I overslept this morning and missed the 0800 bus to Seville. I can still catch the 1600 bus but by then the art gallery will be closed so I am going to hang around here. Not to mention I don't want to be stranded in Seville until midnight. I am thinking about going to the movies tonight. They have a small movie theatre on base and I will most likely be the only one in the place tonight. They are showing some scary movie called "The Strangers" I remember seeing some previews for it and thinking I would like to see it. I like scary movies most of the time, not the bloody slasher movies like Freddy Kruger stuff. The services people that run the community center, bowling alley, etc are trying to also get people to go to the bowling alley so that they will keep it open, so I think I will bowl a couple games this evening as well.

I have been running and hitting the gym quite a bit since I have been here, but for the last 2 weeks I have been pretty religious about it. Now, I'm not quite up to running across America with Forrest Gump; but I can run 2 miles without stopping, or feeling like I am going to die. Now I need to start reducing the time it takes me to do it. I was going to take the weekend off, but I have really started enjoying running so I think I will run both days this weekend too. I know, one of you out there is saying "Run Forrest, Run!" in your head right now! I'm hoping to be in good enough shape to hike part of the Ozark Highlands trial when I get home. I have wanted to do that for a long time, I don't know why? I always thought it would be cool to do an overnight backpacking trip and we live in the perfect state for doing stuff like that. If you hike the entire 165 miles, the Ozark Highlands Trail Association will send you a really nice certificate. You don't have to hike the entire thing all at once, you can do it in sections, as long as you document it, and as far as I know, there is no time limit on how long it takes to do it.

Well, lets see, what else can I write about?
This week was my parents 38th wedding anniversary..."Happy Anniversary Mom and Pop!"

Andria tells me that Corbin Grace is having a birthday party today. "Happy Birthday Corbin Grace!"

First week of school is over...Hopefully everyone had a good week!

Well, I guess that's all I can think of for now. Talk to you all soon!
