Every other year we try to go to Oklahoma City to visit my grandma and most of my Dad's immediate family during Christmas, so tomorrow we are headed out bright and early. We get a special Christmas gift this year because my cousin Matt and his wife Nicci just had a baby boy about 6 weeks ago and we will get to see him for the first time. Jesse Aaron Francis is his name and I'm sure he will be the focus of everyone's attention, as he should be!
My uncle Tim has 3 kids, T.J, Molly and Maggie and they are about the same age as Lily and Connor. They were here for Melissa's wedding in October and the kids had a great time together. I think everyone is excited to get together as a family as we haven't been together in quite some time. We were supposed to go over two years ago but had a bad ice storm about that time and didn't want to risk getting out on the road, so this will be a great time to visit and catch up with everyone.
